O M G! Our summer jacket just got F**king Real! Excuse the over excitement but I've had to wait soooo frigging looooong to share this new wardrobe addition with you. Inspired by MJ ('Wanna Be Startin Somethin'), a Spanish matador and maybe the royal marching band, I just still can't get enough of this fiercely detailed revamped military piece. Basically if you want to feel instantly confident, this is your season must have piece! Overworn by moi, this striking jacket even had a lovely lady running down the road at me, shouting.....'Where is your jacket from?'.

A true statement of bohemian golden beauty, hypnotic designs, hippy braiding and masterful embellishments that of course will gain you a few 'intriguing style stares'....Now I have to confess today's style find wasn't wholly all mine, but of gorge Megan Ellaby over on Pages by Megan (gotta love a daring  fashionista). Once first sighted on her insta, I knew the jacket had to be mine, then with only one size 10 in store, I was left with no other choice but to snap this summer baby right up!(**covers face). But of course the standard Insta pose had to be done first, And talking of the old addictive Instagram (which I'm now taking little breaks from) 'The matador' has already caused quite a crazy-in-love-stir-impression over on there too!

The style and designs oF this perfectly silhouetted creation are so earthy, outdoorsy and Free People like that myself and Mar couldn't resist shooting in the lovely central, Regent Park location. Crazy how we forget about our sweet priceless London gems, as I actually hadn't visited RP in yokes. Grand for boozy picnics, stunning lakes, huge fields, old oak blooming trees, tiny bridges, cute quirky gates (i have a thing for gates) and hidden quiet park benches...Sorry I've gone all dreamy and dramatic again ain't I...You will LOVE IT! (i just  can't wait to go back lol)

But back to the style: You can have a little wardrobe play around with this 100% cotton jacket, throw your contrasting pieces together to make your look slightly interesting, quirky and different. Try not to let the jackets boldness overwhelm you by thinking you have to only go plain on bottom (actually black trousers and killer black boots could easily work with this look too). For example I've worn this piece with grey joggers and white plimsoles and also with these jeans and gold heels, just have dress up fun. I went for loveable basics (vest and Levi's), my easy slip ons, classic granny vintage cross body bag and my fabulous gold member shades. And as long as your truly comfortable, you'll be onto a Summer Time Style Winner.

What are your current summer fashion loves (that you can't wait to wear when the weather sorts it's heating levels out!)?

Thanks for reading.
